Topic: Change is NOT a Four-Letter Word!

Speaker: Lana Burroughs 

Is your staff struggling with the continuous changes they face at work?

Is morale and quality of work life suffering because of our ever-changing workplace?

Do you want your staff to feel engaged and empowered and take control of change?

Taking Charge of Change will assist in understanding the change experience and how we can take control of change rather than change controlling our responses. 

We will examine:

  • The Transition Experience:  Understanding the good, the bad and the ugly about  change 

  • Appreciating the power of the transition experience (dealing with stress/personal  resiliency)

  • Reframing our view of change to empower, engage and take control! 

Join us and participate in this lively presentation that will engage and enlighten!

Our guest speaker, Lana Burroughs, will discuss how organizations can simplify Change to ensure that employees are comfortable and prepared as they shifting/transitioning from their current state to the desired future state. You will hear some real life examples of methodology that has worked, and some that have not! You will leave the luncheon with tools aimed at helping employees accept and embrace changes in their current business environment.
