Becoming a Member of CAOSA

Becoming a member of CAOSA is as easy as going out for lunch! Just contact our Membership Director and let them know that you would like to learn more about CAOSA and join us for lunch at our next Lunch 'n' Learn Event.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP $100
Entitles 1 individual to attend the Lunch and Learn and pay the member rate for lunch $25.
Individual members may bring guests or coworkers who would pay the non-member rate for lunch $35.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP
Entitles any employee of the corporation to attend the Lunch and Learn's and pay the member rate for lunch $25.
Corporate members may bring guests who would pay the non-member rate for lunch $35.

LUNCH VOUCHERS
10 lunch vouchers are available to purchase for $250.
One voucher entitles an Individual member 1 lunch or any employee of the Corporate membership 1 lunch per voucher.
Guests using a voucher require an additional $10 cash payment to reach the $35 guest fee.

PLEASE NOTE:
Guests may only attend 2 luncheons every 12 months before joining CAOSA.
After 2 luncheons you will not be able to attend a luncheon without a paid membership.

Individual Annual Membership (one person can attend at Member Rate, 1 vote)	$100.00
Corporate Annual Membership (unlimited number from the member company can attend at Member Rate; group has 1 vote)	$200.00
Member's Lunch 'n' Learn Rate	$25.00
Non-Member's & Guest Lunch 'n' Learn Rate (maximum two [2] lunches per year)	$35.00
Member's Yearly Pre-paid Lunch 'n' Learn* (Some conditions apply. See above information.)	$250.00
